A stunning original oil painting of 44205 LMS Fowler 4F working a coal train by the accomplished railway artist Ken Allsebrook, (there is one of his works on the BBC your paintings website) we have been fortunate to secure 5 paintings by the artist. 44205 was allocated to Kirkby in Ashfield, Toton and Barrow Hill through her working life and therefore most likely this is where ken has depicted her in this painting. It is an oil on canvas, signed and dated '86 to the bottom left.
